- A written application addressed to the Director of MAFLEKUMEN UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE-TIKO
- A completed registration form (available at MAFLEKUMEN UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE-TIKO)
- A photocopy of the diploma, transcript, or certificate of success for the GCE A-Level, or any equivalent qualification
- A photocopy of the birth certificate
- A photocopy of the National Identity Card
- Two recent passport-size photos (4×4 cm, taken within the last 3 months)
- One A4-sized envelope
